Many small business owners wait too long to develop and implement a transition / exit plan
Recognize that whether the plan involves the transfer of the business to your children, a trusted employee or a third party, the process involves many steps. Those steps cannot be rushed if the business is to continue and grow. We can help you design and implement a new plan, or review an existing one.
Despite the best of intentions, that process may have to be expedited. We recently structred a transition plan that provided the client with a continuous income stream. If managed properly that recurring monthly income will also be available to succeeding generations.
